  • Per-Hour Rates Are now 50 dollars per hour for residential service and 65 dollars per hour for business or corporate service as Listed Below These fees initiate with any telephone calls OR email communication. I reserve the right to acceptor refuse clients as I prefer. Please note that my rates for onsite service is VERY competitive.
  • My minimum diagnostic fee is 25 dollars. This is even if I am unable to correct your problem I will disgnose it and charge this fee this is MANDATORY minimum. Includes where parts or other services can be gotten for your repairs IF I am not able to perform the service.

A network will allow you to connect ALL the computers in your home or business through ethernet, which is already built into your Mac. With a broadband connection through Bell-Atlantic Infospeed DSL or cable modem service, any computer on your site can be easily set up for high speed access to the internet.

With the customer absorbing costs of ethernet switches, AirPort devices (or Mac-compatable router) and local cabling, I will set up any macintosh computer onsite in this way for the fee of...............................................................$50.00 per hour for Home users $65.00 per hour tax deductible for business suers

Setup of airport/router/network switches/cabling will be performed on a per hour basis

All network (TCP/IP) settings must be written down for each individual machine, before I can perform any repair to an existing network. This information is provided by your ISP or Network Manager.

All procedures for setting up RIP hardware/software must also be provided as they are different for each manufacturer, and model.

(excluding set up of any cabling such as a main trunk cable which I am legally barred from installing as those equipments are the province and responsibility of your broadband internet provider)
